Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
speech-language pathologist position is available in Waterbury, CT,
offering an engaging opportunity to support diverse student needs
within an inclusive elementary school setting. This contract role
starts ASAP and continues through June 9, 2026, with two openings
available. Work hours are 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, totaling 35 hours per
week, with responsibilities split between two elementary schools
(sites to be determined). Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and
language therapy services to students across a range of disability
categories within an inclusive educational environment Collaborate
with school staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance
with school district guidelines Participate in meetings and
communicate effectively with educators and families to ensure
student success Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist
license in Connecticut Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred but Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status are
encouraged to apply School-based SLP experience is required;
experience in diverse disability settings is a plus District
fingerprinting and background check clearance required No
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered
Upfront licensure documentation is welcomed for faster onboarding
This role is fully onsite, offering a schedule through the regular
school day and the chance to work collaboratively in educational

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $60.92.
