Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Team player and life-long learner Receptive to ongoing feedback Exemplary professional values Three years of teaching experience (preferred) Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction Commitment to student engagement and student success Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred; NYS certification preferred, commitment to achieve certification required Compensation: Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, full-year exempt position.
