Customer Service Reliability Representatives are vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers. As a Customer Service Reliability Rep, you'll provide exceptional customer support by phone, for all of Spectrum’s connectivity services including troubleshooting internet, video, and/or voice service issues and handling basic billing inquires and payments.
