Job Description Job Description Senior Estimator Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the construction industry. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and providing detailed estimates for corporate interiors and commercial construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine accurate quantities and pricing. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive estimates. Review and evaluate vendor quotations and proposals. Maintain and update a database of cost information for future reference. Participate in bid meetings and provide support in contract negotiations. Monitor project costs and assist in budget management throughout the construction process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in corporate interiors and commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
