Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction
Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our
construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that
projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while
maintaining the high-quality standards that we are known for.

facilities, and luxury custom homes. Description Project Oversight:
Supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling
subcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues, and inspecting work to
ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Team Coordination:
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure
project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Client
Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with clients,
proactively communicating deadlines, expectations, and critical
issues. Safety Management: Promote and enforce the company's safety
program to achieve a safe and injury-free jobsite. Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards
and address any deficiencies promptly. Documentation: Maintain
accurate daily reports of job progress, deficiencies, and issues
that arise. Compliance: Coordinate and arrange for permits and
required inspections as work progresses. Profile 10 years in a
Construction Superintendent role (high-end residential experience
is a plus). As a Project Superintendent, you'll be the driving
force on the job site, responsible for ensuring top-tier quality,
safety, and efficiency. You'll lead from the front, orchestrating
projects valued at $10-20M Strong organizational, communication,
and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
effectively. Experience with Procore or similar construction
management software is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project
is a plus. Willingness to work on projects located in the Greater
Philadelphia area or Princeton, NJ Job Offer Being part of a
