Assistant Project Manager_ New York City, New York Primary Function: Assist Project Managers in various GC/M/P construction projects in public sector (SCA, DASNY, DDC, DASNY, NYCHA) JOC (Job Order) contracts. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist PMs in facilitating multiple small to medium size projects. Help in procurement of Subcontractor quotes. Participate in “buy Out” process. Prepare intercompany paperwork. Prepare Submittal packages. Maintain and Update Project Records Performs other related duties, as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent Organizational skills. Ability to Multitasking is a must. Understanding of construction industry practices. Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a plus. Superior communication and interpersonal skills needed Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Proficient in Window Operating System Working knowledge of PDFpro or Blue beam.
