Mid-Level Tax Associate Salary : Competitive Location : New York, NY What You'll Do : Work on domestic and international tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and investment real estate. Advise clients on IRC Section 1031 exchanges , installment sales , sale-leasebacks , and other tax-efficient strategies. Handle tax-free reorganizations , business transfer , and restructuring transactions . Collaborate with tax experts and clients to structure favorable business and investment transactions. Provide strategic tax planning guidance and deal structuring support for clients. What You'll Bring : LLM in Taxation and 3-5 years of experience in tax law . Knowledge of domestic and international tax planning , tax-free exchanges , and business tax strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
