Job Description Job Description Senior Accountant $80,000-$100,000 Conshohocken PA / Hybrid Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities, including preparing analytical reviews and posting journal entries across key accounting areas. Perform general ledger account reconciliations and supporting analyses in accordance with monthly close timelines. Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting packages. Prepare financial reports and respond to ad hoc information requests from management and cross-functional business partners. Assist with projects related to process improvements enhancing technology reporting tools. Provide guidance, and training to less experienced accountants to ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting responsibilities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of monthly accounting close. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA and/or MBA in Finance/Accounting a plus. Experience in mid to large complex company environment. Big4, National CPA experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills are required. ERP system experience is a plus. All communications are 100% confidential.
