About the firm: A leading accounting firm specializing in tax and advisory services Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Diverse client base, ranging from individuals to large corporations Opportunity to provide comprehensive tax solutions Commitment to work-life balance Responsibilities of the Tax Partner would include: Be a leader within the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust practice of the Firm Develop, supervise and mentor members of the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust team Coordinating tax compliance and planning responsibilities for our multistate environment Maintaining visibility in the Estate and Trust community Maintaining existing business relationships and cultivating new ones Maintaining relationships with and advise clients in Estate and Trust matters Perform extensive tax compliance, research, consulting and planning for individual, fiduciary, not for profit (private foundation), gift and estate tax Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or EA, preferably Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience with a public accounting and/or professional services firm or law firm Significant experience providing complex gift and estate planning strategies to high net worth clients Significant experience in working with estate tax, gift tax and fiduciary tax returns;
