Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation is preferred. 2. CPA candidate with 5 years of experience in a tax role. 3. Extensive knowledge of tax laws, tax compliance, and tax planning. 4. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent research skills with a focus on accuracy and detail. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret tax laws and regulations. 7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain tax laws and strategies to clients. 8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. 9. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
