Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Description: An excellent client of ours local to Broomall, PA is looking for detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing general accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role will also assist with audits, budgeting, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Ensure accuracy of financial records in accordance with GAAP Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Support budgeting and forecasting activities Coordinate with external auditors during audits Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
